Udacity

My primary focus after joining the Udacity team in December of 2020 was updating the brand to better portray Udacity as forward-thinking, and a trusted catalyst for what’s next.

As a platform that re-skills people for the careers of the future, Udacity’s brand was stagnate, lost in a sea of online education platforms that all rely on stock photography. Our goals for the rebrand were: To differentiate Udacity from its competitors, to develop a strong point of view, to modernize and elevate the brand, and to expand our visual language. The selected concept blends a future-forward aesthetic with a friendlier, more approachable feel with the use of bright colors and 3D visuals (inspired by the Udacity logo).

Concepts created in Stetch and Adobe Illustrator. All 3D visuals made by me with a mix of Adobe Dimension and Cinema 4D.
