G2 Reach Conference
In the Fall of 2019 G2 held it’s first annual Reach conference. I worked on G2’s Brand & Buzz team as the sole designer in charge of defining the brand direction and producing all of the visuals.
Shortly after starting at G2, the Marketing team started the process of planning and producing G2’s first large-scale, in-person conference. We collaborated with the third-party event management agency, EMC3, who helped select the venue and vendors, while I was in charge of setting the direction and creating all of the visuals to bring the event to life. Reach was very successful for G2 with 500+ attendees, four sponsors, and 14 sessions. To this day G2 continues to run Reach as a digital event on an annual basis.
Digital Experience
Before any attendees could arrive at Reach, significant work went into crafting the Reach brand and building out the event’s digital footprint. I worked with the G2 Marketing team to design a pre-event digital experience as well as a post event online video hub. I also created a host of digital ads, social assets, and emails to promote the event and speakers.
In-Person Experience
Alongside G2’s Head of Creative, Hillary Fortin, and the event management agency EMC3, over the course of six months I designed a range of physical items to transform a warehouse in Chicago’s West Loop into an intimate, colorful event space. I worked on a range of designs from registration booths and lanyards to large decal murals and digital signage.
In addition to large scale designs, I worked on a range of shirts, sweatshirts, stickers, and other small swag items for attendees and volunteers to enjoy at the event.
